Unfortunately there are many, many more stars and superstars in America, American Boxers, the NFL, MLB and NBA are worldwide, as Euro boxers and Soccer and whatever other sport there maybe outside of America, really aren't followed here, there for Americans are followed more closely than you know... i'm sure there are steroid users worldwide.

The NFL, MLB and NBA is not as popular outside of the US as you think. I have lived in a few countries in Europe and South America for a few years and although I can not speak for Africa and Asia I doubt very much that anyone can name a Baseball or American football player. #

I can tell you that the world cup (soccer) is watched by billions of people around the world and there is no American sporting event that gets the amount of viewers that the world cup final attracts .

That happens allot on here on ESB. A fighter is crap until your favourite fighter beats him and then the fan boys pump the previously ovverated fighter up again their resume.

 

That maybe true about soccer, but no one i mean absolutely no one i know or come across other than hispanics even acknowledges soccer, MLB players are the highest paid athletes around so all those soccer fans aren't translating to dollars and if it don't make dollars it don't make sense.

I think Ward would beat Froch but it's not even up for debate who has the best resume in recent times, for that reason I rank Froch ahead of both Ward and Bute.
