Manny Pacman Is Out Of the question
Ricky Hatton is out of the question
Floyd is busy with JMM then probably Pacman
If Clottey beats cotto: its Williams Or Clottey
If Cotto Wins It might be Pacman

he had the chance to get cotto in msg but missed out.... should have grasped it when he had the chance...

Shane would just be best off biting the bullet & fighting Paul @ 154... hell get a decent check for his work.... no matter what happens paul williams will be Shanes best option... like it or not

I actually think Shane is going to get the winner of clottey/cotto next. Then Mayweather in 2010

Shane isn't going to get the winner of Cotto vs Clottey ... if Cotto wins that fight then he's sure to fight Pacquiao.

Shane has no chance at Mayweather, Hatton, Pacquiao, or Cotto ...

Now that TopRank has Margarito, Pacquiao, and Clottey ... there isn't any need for Mosley in the near future.

IMO, Shane Mosely is just about the most unappreciated, over looked, boxer in the elite today.

He has Paul Williams right in front of him ... he stands to make some good money in the process and have a chance to get the welterweight championship ... because the ring had said that if Williams comes back, he will be the #2 welterweight (his spot is being held)

Shane should take the fight. It would be a good one and its not like Shane doesnt have a chance.

I agree that if Shane wants a big fight that PTP is his most viable option. He could also elect to fight Berto in a lesser fight to hopefully setup a major fight for the winner.

Even if Shane loses, he can still stand to make some money fighting an up and coming champion, just like he did with Margarito _ not that Margarito was an up and comer but he was a good opponent for Shane coming off a loss ... and who's to say that Mosley wouldn't pull off the upset and win ... or that if Cotto and Pacquiao fought that Cotto would win ... there's still the chance for big fights win or lose.

Arum needs the **** slapped out of him for not making pac-pbf. That would be hurting him money wise so it doesnt make sense.

No he doesn't ... Arum can make Cotto vs Pac and still make out for a good event.

that would be the biggest & best situation for shane...

    cotto beats clottey
cotto & pac happens.. cotto wins in a brutal war
    mosley gets cotto...

thats mosley's best hope... but if that happens cotto might get a shot at floyd.... and floyd & shane would have Time to dance.. but i doubt it would happen

    agreed...but hey its boxing

Damn it's almost crazy once a fighter chooses to fight the best they are blessed or cursed depend how you look at it to fight the best.

Funny how some can be considered great for sliding under the radar
