Why would the P4P#1 fighter move down in weight to pursue challenges against up-comers?

How the **** did he actually.? Just watched it back again, he was OUT for a moment or two. Very rare you see a guy get up from that kind of KD. Tough ****er is Timmy.

Not a cherry pick at all. In fact, perhaps the most high-risk/low-reward fight he's taken.

Of course haters will find a way to undermine the win. "Bradley is a 140lber" is gonna be the excuse, except they fail to mention Bradley even at 140 is still naturally bigger then Pacquiao, and Pac is still fighting 2 or 3 levels above his natural weight class.

It doesn't matter who Pac or Floyd figh, they'll always be accused of cherry picking.

Weight will not be a factor in this fight, similarly to how it wasn't for Floyd vs Hatton.

If anything, the higher weight benefits both underdogs since they were/are significantly bigger than Floyd and Manny in between fights.

And, enough with the natural weight class nonsense. If that was the case, he wouldn't insist on welterweight fights when fighting guys from lower weightclasses coming up to fight him.

Both agree to it and I'm glad it's not a catchweight.

Hatton had a title at WW too. Bradley didn't even beat a top known WW either.

Fought there before against Abregu and looked good. Wish he could've fought Khan first though obviously Pacquiao is more dangerous.

Good factual information. Still deserves credit for the DLH fight not the Margarito one but both great performances.

Right. Challeger should face champion at their weight I just have a provlem that if Timmy had power most likely this would be a catchweight title fight, again:patsch

Can't think of another. You might be right.

He's a natural WW. Been it ever since he slaugtered Cotto. The nerve. He frightens Shane with a should punch, destroys Dlh, makes Cotto retreat, and makes the bigger Clottey a punching bag yet he's not a true WW. Stop it. If he can't make the weight he should've stayed at LWW but with those wins he proven. Or people wouldn't be calling for him to face Floyd.

Harry Greb had a lot of wins at LHW, but was a natural MW. pac is kinda like Greb or Henry Armstrong, he can beat bigger guys. Yeah i know, Greb and Armstrong must have been on roids.
BTW i give Floyd all the credit in the world for fighting Oscar at JWW and beating an unbeaten Hatton.

I don't really care for this fight. It will be a good win, one to shut up the haters about Pac fighting shot guys and leftovers, but that's about it. For me Bradley is good solid champion, but nothing special. I'd rate it similar to Martinez-Dzinziruk. After this fight his options could be Ortiz-Berto winner, Marquez IV, Cotto II..seems he is out of significant fights. I'd love to see him smash Canelo and Khan because atleast he'd be busting alot of hype, but Golden Boy would never risk that and are saving them for Mayweather

His best options right now are at Golden boy. And we know the TR GB war wont be ending anytime soon. So as far as TR fighters Bradley a good choice imo
