This includes Ward. Ward doesn't have enough speed to compensate for Stevenson's reach and counter punching style, and I don't believe he has the strength and power to beat Stevenson on the inside.

Kovelev may be favored to beat Stevenson by Kellerman, but he won't beat Stevenson by out boxing him, so I give him only a puncher's chance.

I'm pretty sure Kovalev not only defeats him, but absolutely knocks him out, perhaps even out cold.

This is true. Kovalev can't beat Stevenson if Stevenson refuses to fight.

Only if Stevenson has no chin and Kovelev has a hell of a chin.

    Why?

Stylistically, Stevenson has the advantage, and he's physically bigger with a longer reach.

Sillakh was bigger and had longer reach, and look what Kovalev did to him.

Not saying Sillakh is in Stevensons league, he's not.

But I have a feeling Kovalev already has Stevenson questioning the fight, did you see the post fight interview? Stevenson was punting out Froch and Hopkins names, saying his fans wanted it, when there were like 3 people in the crowd cheering and the rest hissing at that.

Yes, but Sillakh fought with is head straight up. I knew it was only a matter of time before Kovelev landed a right hand. Believe it or not, Bellew was a better defensive fighter than Sillakh, just because he didn't leave his chin so exposed.

I don't want to say Bhop is scared because he's 50, but there is a reason he's calling out Froch and not the champ, Stevenson.

    I agree.

I think Bellew is better than Sillakh, and more importantly, had SOME punch resistence, where Sillakh had none.

But Kovalev is a murderous puncher and if Bellew could tag and hurt Stevenson, then I'd only imagine what Kovalev could potentially do.

I doubt even Joakland judges and referees would interupt Stevensons progress.

His speed and timing are really impressive.
