Ortiz was a bad example, good win considering what was going on at the time but give it five years and people will have forgot, only way this becomes a good win for his resume will be if he gets a winning streak and becomes 2/3 weight champion.
It also shows the quality of fighters fighting now that Ortiz was at the top of boxing. Hearns had tuneups which were tougher guys than Ortiz like James Shuler or Doug Dewitt.
This thread is a joke I think. It is sort of like how Mayweather talks. Floyd does not fight the best in his division but he tells everyone how great he is.
hearns sparking out Duran, and the draw with SRL that even Leonard admitted hearns won, are better wins anything on floyds resume.
