Sugar Shane Mosley is better in every way at every weight listed except 154 which isn't a fair comparison anyway

I think Freitas in his prime would KTFO Floyd at 130.
At 135, Castillo beat Floyd for many, including me.

Shane Mosley doesn't have the ring generalship, defense, or quite the same ability to adjust mid-fight the way Floyd does. This, however, doesn't take away from the fact he is a great fighter and would have been a legitimate threat to Floyd at any weight from 135 to 154.

    No, I'm brazilian. :D
But I do think he would KO Mayweather. :!:
Before moving to 135, Freitas was 34-0(31KO) motivated, in shape, in his prime and in his best division. Nothing would stop that man. He was a KO machine.

He faced some good fighters at 130: Anatoly Alexandrov, Javier Juaregui, Joel Casamayor and Jorge Rodrigo Barrios. All of them were champions or would become.
The problem of Popó is that he lost his desire to fight after he became rich. The main reason why he became a fighter was to leave poverty and give his family a decent life.
One week before he became a world champion he was still sleeping on the floor because he didn't have a bed to sleep. Even though, look what he did to Alexandrov. He KTFO that man in one round and left him unconscious for 5 minutes. That's what I call hungry.
After winning money (despite being robbed by his manager, Freitas was payed only 25% of his part on his fights) he lost the discipline and the desire to fight. He spent considerable time of his careers at parties, drinking and sex. I remember the time he fought Barrios, he didn't have apropriate training because he was doing those other things, even though he KOed that man. In addition to that, his manager got Oscar Suarez to train Acelino and we all know what that punk did to Popó.
I really believe that Freitas, in his prime and trained appropriately, would KO Mayweather, especially if they fought in Brazil.
If the fight were in Brazil, Freitas would MUCH hard, he would never come to fight out of shape and disapoint his compatriots. I will never forget the day he fought Juaregui(a very tough fighter) in Brazil to defend his WBO title, he KOed that man in the first round, nothing would stop him. He came to the fight to win or die. I think he would beat Mayweather either.
The fact is that Freitas is one of the most underrated super-featherweights champion of history.
