Let's face it, Ortiz is a good fighter who will make anyone look bad. His skills are B++, bordering on A level. He has athleticism and speed and a hit and move style which makes it difficult for anyone. If it was an amateur Olympics fight, yes he won. This being the pros, it's going to take a better performance than that to win.

Ortiz won handily and fought a smart, albeit boring fight. This is boxing, not street fighting or tough man competition. Under the rules of boxing he won 8-10 rounds.
