Many Mexicans are known to put down Indigenous looking Mexicans simply for being of darker skin, If you call one of them "Indio" meaning Indigenous, they'll be very offended and proceed to challenge you to a fight.:yep They are not Indigenous but they love being called "Aztec Warriors":rofl, when Only Central Mexico had Aztecs, the rest in southern Mexico were just part of the Aztec empire, But now everyone from anywhere in Mexico or from Mexican decent is an Aztec Warriors :!: (some play that game but not all)

From the articles standpoint, Pacquiao had only left or was about to leave but has not arrived in his country.

Why would your impression be that Pac does'nt want the fanfare?

.....and if not wanting the fanfare is true, why??? Afterall, Pac did voice he rewatched the fight and saw himself winning by 3 points.

    People expect too much.

Pacquaio only came up short against one opponent - Marquez. Who Mayweather dominated.

While Mayweather deserves props for this it's also important thing to remember is that Pacquaio has destroyed all of Mayweathers previous opponents more impressively and fought the fighters Mayweather didn't against the top WW competition (Cotto, Margarito and Clottey).

So once the hype and drama has settled down people will see things as they are.
How can you demote someone from the P4P rankings when they haven't officially lost? and won officially by majority decision while outlanding and outthrowing their opponent and being the aggressor. It seems unfair and insane to me?

Uh, no. They are disappointed because he got beat in the ring. Plain and simple.

I think even if he feels strongly that he won, he's aware of the divided opinions regarding the outcome and maybe based on that he (or at least his team) doesn't really feel the general mood is right for that kind of celebration. So it's not really that he doesn't want the fanfare, just that maybe he doesn't want it for this particular occasion.

Doesn't mean fans have abandoned him though. Which is my main point.

Team Pacquiao and I think even Pacquiao himself has said in the past that the first two fights could have gone either way ( they did'nt say that in the leadup to the 3rd fight but they have in the past).....anyways, they're voicing they won clearly, but then dont want to confront and join in celebrating with those who make him what he is.

My take on it is that Pacquiao does'nt want to face his fans, look them in the eye, and have to lie to them, because clearly his actions from the moment the bell rung at the end of the fight till now showcases the actions and mannerisms of a fighter that knows very well he did'nt deserve to have his hand raised.

It's possible. But that's not really the point of this particular discussion now is it? In any case, it's all speculation. Personally I think he's just not 100% confident that he really won but not to the extent where he should think about telling the world that he really lost. But enough for him to not want to force the win down people's throats with a parade.
