    When his fight with former pound-for-pound boss Floyd Mayweather Jr. was brought up, Hatton said it was a huge fight as well, but “was out of my weight division.”


    :-( like the outcome would have been different at 140.....

    On the grounds that Mayweather would be drained? Because he most likely wouldn't have been.

    Doubt it.

    In some cases 1 weight makes a big difference but I don't think this is one of them.

    IMO Hatton has just as inferior skills at 140 as 147 compared with Floyd jr!

    ive said this time and time again ricky showed me nothing that night to make me think he could ever beat floyd. it doesnt matter if ray hatton was the ref n the brothers from oasis were the judges the result would still be the same even at 140

    Whether its at 140 or 147 they will both weigh the same come fight night. PBF beats Hatton 12 times out of 10 no matter what weight.
