'No satelite signal is being received'.Is your Setanta working?

working fine for me. is it raining where you are?

 

They did this once before. When I complained they said they had taken every possible measure to ensure it wouldn't happen again.

 

Mines starting to go and i'm getting annoyed now. I looked outside and rains stopped and no wind either. Not paying for this anymore got beyond a joke now.

 

We are talking about there broadband service yeah? I can get Setanta news and channel 1 but not channel 2 which is what the boxing is on . What a joke!

 

when setanta 1 messed up for me i rang them up and they told me to go to services,system set up, add channels. they gave me the details for setanta 1 and i added it. whenever setanta 1 breaks up i go to services,other channels and setanta 1 is there and it works fine, no pixelation. this will probabaly only work for people watching on sky.

Try ringing them up for details for adding setanta 2.

 

Worst thing is, the broadband service problem won't get fixed tonight. You'd think after losing their jobs, they'd be making a huge effort to get things right.

Looks like I'll have to catch it on the archive service, if they bother to put it on anytime soon. Then, all we'll get is what we're getting tonight: **** ALL.

 

lol cancel your sky subscription and only watch setanta.

 

Yeah it happened once during a football game to me. They blamed on atmospheric interference affecting the satellite. Funny how every other ****ing channel on sky was working at the time.

I've moved the sky box and also played about with wires a little and it has helped but mine seems to be based on movement. At the moment it's crackling but not so bad now it seems to be going back to ok.

 

i was watching a liverpool match once and the picture went and im sure they blamed it on weather abroad or something, correct me if im wrong
