No talk about Soto-Karass vs Maidana?

I think that he should move down for an ATG war with Matthysse

 

Under Robert Garcia he seems to be using better strategy/tactics. No more go for the kill every minute of every round, Maidana was going for clinches and trying to run at times.

And it worked out.

 

That fight would be a straight up war...

No doubt. Would be crazy to miss it...

With Maidana showing his new skills learn't in only a couple of months that fight is much more competative than it would first seem

 

that **** was incredible! fight of the year so far for me. maidana doesn't have the size to compete at WW which was evident by C level fighter Soto Karass walking through his **** most of the fight, he should do his best to get back to 140 where he has a legit shot at another title with his improved boxing skill.

 

I think he belongs at 140 like others have said.

The Lucas fight would be a war, but I think even with Marcos' improved skills that Lucas still has an advantage in the skills department. Lucas has a ton of subtle defensive moves and he varies his attack brilliantly for a swarmer.

Plus Lucas isn't prone to mid round fades like Maidana. I think that would be the determining factor if they found, though clearly Maidana's power is unholy.

 

Arguably the best fight of the night. Garcia definitely added some wrinkles into Maidana's game. I still feel Maidana is too small for the elite 147 pounders.

Maidana is a bit dirty but I like to see that mean streak...

Give us Maidana vs. Josesito :yep **** it, make it a trilogy.

 

I want Maidana and Lucas at 140.

 

I was laughing when Maidana was actually ducking and avoiding shots.

 

was a good fight while it lasted a bit premature stoppage I dont think it would've changed the outcome but Karass was still punching back so its premature.

 

Great fight maidana looked the best ive ever seen him skill wise! He was bobbing and weaving throwing a strong jab to set up his big shots! WAR MAIDANA

 

Maidana needs to return to 140, lot of good fights for him there, Garcia-Morales winner included. Not too late to learn a thing or too.

 

the purists didn't like it. I'd rather watch Maidana,Soto-Karass or Josesito Lopez than p4p'ers any day. I must not appreciate skill, but I appreciate heart and determination.

 

Maidana started fast and then Karass came through the storm and Won a ew rounds then BOOM a Maidana combo puts him down, great fight.

Maidana at 140 would be a force now Alexander, Bradley and others have moved up to 147.

 

If Maidana goes down the top 4 of 140 would be
