Lets just settle this. I've read dozens and dozens of comments such as "Floyd is scared of (fighter's name here) and to be honest, thats the biggest load of horse **** I've ever heard.

When you're as good as a boxer like Floyd, you don't get to where you are without having a ridiculous amount of confidence in your ability. Boxing, if anything is more mental than physical. Some fighters do duck others for one reason or another, but to say it's because they feel inferior is just ****ing ******ed.

    Scared to lose, maybe.

Look how A.A reacted to his first loss. He cried like a little *****. Maybe Floyd doesn't want to find himself in that situation.

Bull****. Watch the look in the eyes of the opponents of the young Mike Tyson, then tell me there's no fear in boxing.

Riddick Bowe sure acted like he was afraid of getting in the ring with Lennox Lewis again.

Mayweather Jr is scared of getting beat by Pacquaio.

That **** is obvious. Ask uncle Roger and Snr. why.

dude....it is because of people like you, forums are junk. Many fighters get pre-fight jitters. Athletes across all sports do, the magnitude of the event and factors such as your opponent can do that to you!

Fighters are scared. But i agree with the TS, i don't think they "duck" because of fear.
Promotors do duck because of fear. Fear of their fighter losing and then generating less money.

BS, everyone feels fear. Fear of losing, fear of getting knocked out, fear of looking bad, and so on. Everyone gets nervous, that's for sure.

Watch Steve Frank's face after he is knocked down by B-Hop's first punch. Abject terror.

Dude of course they're scared. Scared of getting pummeled by guys like Tyson and they can be scared of losing their unbeaten records. Pros face fear all the ****ing time, if they didn't get scared they'd get themselves killed.

Lets be honest, there is fear in boxing, but few fighters ever could bring it out like Tyson. I would say most top level guys are not scared. Very good example though.
