I promised to myself that I wasnt going to make a thread about FMJ-Pac as there are too many already & in truth, this will be my first & last.

I just urge ALL boxing fans to refuse to pay to watch either Mayweather or Pacquiao vs any other fighter if they until they fight each other first.

They are a pair of selfish pricks because BOTH have the power to stop this bull**** & both are putting their stubborness ahead of us fans, yet again we get shat on by these millionaires, the least we can do is refuse to pay for any future fights involving either & brand both as pieces of ****, non-existant, until they grow balls.

Im not interested in taking sides, **** that, thats what these pricks are relying on, us fans to fight their corner so they can let the fight collapse knowing that they still have fans that support them.

Boycott EVERY future fight of both men & treat BOTH MEN like scum, they deserve no backing.

They are supposed to be the top 2 artists in this sport & they are embarrassing boxing, this wouldnt happen in any other sport, please, dont give them your money.

I've decided to boycott these fighters as well until they fight each other.

I'd pay to see Pacquiao against decent opposition. He's not the one at fault here, trying to change the rules of boxing to avoid the fight.

my faith in the sport is being severely tested.

This will leave a stain on both fighters careers if the fight doesn`t take place.:verysad

I think both are at fault here. Both have the POWER to make this fight happen. But regardless of who is at fault here it is US fans who lose. These fighters are only popular because of US. I will still watch their fights no doubt about that but i just would not spend my money on them.

They BOTH have the power to prevent this tho... surely `fault` can be put to one side for a once in a lifetime fight this big... he can always make him pay where it will hurt the most, in the ring.

C`mon, dont let these guys make mugs of you again, boxing is the only sport that this happens, its because we let them away with it, no wonder boxing is dying.

    Good man, I agree.

We need everyone on board here, this is beyond shameful if this fight doesnt get made, the world - for the 1st time in a long time - has its eyes on boxing & these 2 are willing to humiliate the sport in a way in which we might never recover.

I agree. At this point I'm not even going to get into picking a side and blaming one of them for not making the fight.

They are BOTH to blame for this BS if the fight doesn't happen, and I would never support either by paying to see them on PPV. I think you'd see the biggest backlash this sport has ever witnessed against two top fighters if this fight falls through.

Your word is "general" here. I'm a hopkins fan and I'm still gonna pay to watch him.

Also, you have to do better than that if you want to convince the people to boycott boxing. I mean, look at MW2, Biggest Sale of the Year lol. xD

of course most hardcore fans will still watch. But hardcore fans are not the ones that allow guys like Mayweather and Pacquiao to make millions of dollars. If it were only hardcore fans lining these guys pockets, they would make about $500 000 a fight. It's the casual fans that make superfights, and all of the gains that both have made in that area will completely disappear if this fight doesn't come off.

Do you honestly believe that after all the hype about this fight, any casual fan in their right mind is gonna give a crap about Pacquiao vs. Malignaggi? They'll all just write Pacquiao off as a cheater who refused to take a blood test and opted to fight a nobody and expect people to pay for it.

    True.

I dont understand why any fan - hardcore or casual - can be content with being pished on yet again.

Im done with both men if this doesnt happen, I dont care who they fight next, I wont watch unless I hear they have been KTFO, then I`ll watch.... on a replay FOR FREE !
