Again, using common sense, Pacquiao's power is exceptional even under testing.

Floyd didn't need an IV because he wasn't dehydrated at any point. The IV was used to flush out his system and mask doping. The lie that Floyd and his team used was that he was severely dehydrated. Floyd used 14 bags. Floyd later accused Conor McGregor of cheating and said that he used 7 bags (2X less than he himself used). We know Floyd was using the IV to mask doping because the dumb ass didn't go to a hospital and he was doing an interview and laughing w/ Ben Thompson the night of the weigh in — when he was supposedly near death from severe dehydration.
