He was literally caught red handed. And even nsac made a big deal out of it. And then given a TUE 21 days after the fact. Note that TUE are given BEFORE the fight, not after and not after you get caught.

He was caught, money and lawyers were thrown around and it was covered up.

With Pac, as far as I can tell it’s all rumours. Refused testing? He refused it at a time when nobody did testing and Floyd demanded it on the back of an accusation, the boxing world was 50/50 back then. He also agreed to unlimited urine testing and blood test 21days before fight and immediately after the fight. That’s not someone trying to hide ped because he would have been busted immediately after the fight. Why 21 days cut off? Simple he believes blood being withdrawn from him weakens him.

Think that doesn’t add up? There’s a video of him 5 years before he was even on the map for Floyd fight blaming his loss to morales due to last minute blood test. yeh of course i remember him being given a TUE 21 days AFTER. and sure its basically unheard of but didnt the relevant authoritys investigate and clear him ? money and lawyers are all speculation ?. yes pac refused testing when no one demanded random testing but whats the point of refusing it to begin with, everyone grabs that infamous vid of floyd "ima rich coward" or whatever he says and take it completely out of context, if i suspect someone im being lined up to fight is on steroids id want random testing aswell, people who feel it was unfair because floyd was subject to the exact same testing. floyd mayweather even agreed to 50/50 thats how much leeway he was giving pac if he took the test and this is FLOYD MAYWEATHER, biggest ego "mr money" himself... 21 days or 0 day cutoff im no doctor i couldnt tell you the difference if there is any but again floyd would be subject to the same testing?, pac had an excuse for every loss hes ever had, maybe its time he just accepted he was bested on the night 5 years to late.

not to suggest it isnt completely reasonable to suggest he was masking steroid use but also is it not possible he was just trying to get the edge by staying hydrated to aid in the bodys recovery and maybe not masking PED use? is it still against the terms of the governing body (as far as im aware yes), but the powers that be gave him some sort of retrospective pass following an investigation.
