If we are going prime for prime then Floyd wouldn't be pot shotting. He would be throwing vicious combinations working head and body. He also wouldn't be there to be countered by Duran.

You cant compare the Floyd from the Cotto fight to Duran in the first leonard fight. Also at this stage Duran had what 80 fights and leonard had 28, he was still a kid.

What duran are we talking about? At MW I see MW outpointing him 9 times out of 10, at lightweight, and this is one of the few certains I have in fantasy matchups, I have Duran TKOing Mayweather.
