Al Haymon or someone will spike Ortiz, or Wilder will pull out with an injury and talk of the fight will fizzle out.

LOL, its like its too good to be true isn't it. He gonna move a lot and stink the place out for a UD or a pot shot KO if hes lucky I think ! Too late for Ortiz in his career, the proof is Wilders fighting him !

What a strange claim. It hasn't been Wilder's fault that his recent big fights haven't taken place. The narrative around Wilder is bewildering: somehow it's his fault if his opponents get found out in drug tests.

I've heard that Wilder can finally watch Ortiz's highlight youtube videos without crying. This fight could very well happen.

Agreed, all the conspiracy bull**** can be humourous when done in jest but in all seriousness you can't blame Wilder for his opponents doping.

But it's not surprising it's happened to be honest. Povetkin doping really wasn't a huge shock was it with all the revelations of state sponsored doping in Russia. Then a known doper in Ortiz failing again shouldn't be a shock either, fact is you agree to fight an opponent who's failed before you are risking a fight that could fall through due to a failed test.

It all honesty would anyone be surprised if Ortiz was done again for a failed test? He's cheated once before, the blood pressure med was another clear sign he was still doping, so a 3rd failed test isn't really gonna shock anyone. Same with Povetkin, nobody should be surprised if he fails a test against Price or Joshua.

Ortiz is beatable for Wilder, provided that Wilder takes him seriously and comes into the fight properly trained and looking to stick and move. The converse is also true: despite Ortiz' much advertised age, he's a top heavy and hits with authority. His chin is also way better than Wilder's. If he can draw Deontay into exchanges, I feel he can blast him out of there.

The way Wilder has been talking lately about beating everybody in history, just about ( ) tells me that he will take this fight and that he's extremely confident of winning.

Therefore, look to Wilder coming in with disdain for Ortiz and getting KTFO. :deal:

If Ortiz somehow is so stupid to pop dirty again, I say carry on with the fight but take away the title. Drug cheats shouldnt get title shots. Thats probably what Wilder would go with if it does happen because he knows he cant let his fans down and his haters up so he'd being wanting to prove himself no matter what.
