Mark my word. Arum calls the shot whether we like or not.
He frankly said to Oscar: Manny is my friend. If you defame my fame,
I'll treat you like garbage." Marquez should take this as a cue.
I suggest Marquez try a new tack. He should be humble enough
to admit his loss (or at least keep quiet about it), and challenge
Pac in a non-confrontational and civil manner. Wearing ungrammatical
T-shirt will not work just like going to Pac's country to challenge him.
That's kinda rude for a visitor which had afforded him hospitality.
He was supposed to shoot a commercial w/ another beer company
that competes with Pacquiao's beer endorsement, but it was cancelled
due to adverse reaction of Pinoys to his rude behaviour.

    Spot on Dave!

This is what turns me off, aside from rejecting Pac in the first rematch.

    No SWEEPSTAKES for this DIVA...

At least Mosley never talked trash about Pac.

JMM has never turn down a fight, and has always fought the best available boxers in his division without asking for any advantage, unlike PacRoid.
He is disrespecting himself and his fans, by taken PEDS and refusing to get tested for it, or maybe he is just "afraid of needles, or he gets weak when blood is taking out, who knows".

Gotta love Arum's logic. Only he is allowed to treat everyone like garbage, but if you lower yourself to his, he takes the moral high ground.

Arum is much worse than Don King even though King has carried more of the negative reputation.

At least we can be thankful Arum is the last of his kind. Good riddance.

JMM should use some Preparation H.

Marquez indeed acted like an ill bred punk when Pac invited him to come over the Philippines. Pac was like trying to buddy up with him and he confronted him to sign the contract. Pac was apparently put in an awkward position at that point.

I dont think JMM will stand a chance against today's pac. Shane is already faded. Bring on Berto. That excuse about berto not being a name is bs. They did fight Clottey.

    Pac-JMM 3>>>>>Pac-Mosley

Just as long as JMM makes the weight fine. The only thing besides his power & handspeed that Shane really has going for him is his "never been ko'd" title. Hopefully he doesn't lose it facing Pacquiao but I can still see Shane catching him but probably not a ko blow. Even as faded as Shane is he's still dangerous but JMM-Pac 3 is what I prefer.

Marquez has more legit claim(s) to fight Pacquiao than any other fighter out....Manny and his team knows it, but it's all about the money for Team Pacquiao these days...Fair Enough...

Instead of dissing Pac, JMM should be thinking of ways to keep his rear-end off the canvas. 4 vs Pac, 1 vs FMJ, 1 vs Barerra, 1 vs Katsidis = 7 legitimate knockdowns.

Gotta love it more when these "Boxing" fans jump on the bandwagon and not only condone Arum's hypocrisy but actually encourage fighters to kowtow to it. :verysad

    Amen. :thumbsup
