i always said Burns would win on the counter due to Broner being unable to fight on the front foot.

in fact, it may be easier than i first thought.

stop with the "Burns ducked him" ****, it never happened. no matter how many times you say it.

I mean in essence it was a good move for Burns to duck Broner. He wasn't gonna beat him. Broner moved on to bigger and better and Burns can continue his reign.

Burns has a title. He isn't the best in the division. The best in the division are the guys I call world champions.

Burns is the best in the division, even when Broner was there. he's not the lineal champ or anything, but he's definitely the best.

    well, until proven otherwise.

Burns isn't a bum? He was getting schooled in his last fight by an unknown D-class fighter.
He also avoided Broner at super featherweight and ran out of the division.

How can you say that with a straight face? Burns dropped the WBO SFW title to avoid a Broner fight and went up to LW. Burns' resume is trash

Any fighters in any division near the top rankings are not bums, you don't even know the definition of the word you cretin. Broner was huge for that division, people were right to avoid him he looks big at WW.

He outgrew 130 and moved up instead of coming in well over the weight as Broner did to Escobedo and then he had a wasted year because of promotional issues. Neither was a duck.

Gonzalez was undefeated we can't really say what class he is in yet. Burns is a big lightweight it isn't surprising that he couldn't make super feather weight any more.

Burns should have fought Broner though at light weight.

Burns clearly isn't a bum Martinez, Katsidis , Moses and Mitchell were all rated top 10 in the world by ring magazine at the time he beat them.

:deal Gonzalez wasn't fighting great guy's but he was destroying them. It was clear to see against Burns that he is very talented. All the Rican boxing fans expected big things from him, they thought he was going to murder Burns. I would bet my left nut Boner would have toiled against Gonzalez as well. If Gonzalez can get his **** sorted out he could be a force in boxing.

Moses is an underrated win for Burns. Moses has went on a 3 fight winning run. He recently ko'd Mzonk Fana in the 4th and won some WBO paper strap. Fana is a guy people on here were tipping to beat Burns when their names were linked.
