    Look at what happens, when the reporter askes afew of his "Hardcore fans" how the fights gonna go..?

    I don't think the first fella, even knows the names of both fighters...

    Its obvious, half of them are not really his fans.

    Plus someone pronounces is second name wrong..!!

    Big ****ing deal, most of them are in the centre shopping there not his fans just the public from Nottingham seeing whats going on.

    He dose'nt have a strong fanbase, and i blame Mick Hennessy for this.

    He should be like Ricky Hatton in his home town..!!!!

    He's just not as outgoing as he comes across in interviews, i think he's a homebody, he's not Ricky Hatton, who's the type to be behind the bar at ur local, doing a Barney from the simpsons on one of the pumps lol.
    and Nottingham is not Manchester either.

    Froch should lighten up, his dry humour is good and all, but it's not going to win over the casuals, I'm sure Haye doesn't particularly like going to every show imaginable and acting like a wally, but he obviously knows how to spark the public's interest and win them over.

    He packs out the Nottingham Arena with plenty of fans that know exactly who he is. However, no boxer has a HUGE fanbase these days as unfortunately the sport is not mainstream anymore

    Froch gets more respect from me for just been himself. Doesn't need to pretend to be one of the lads when he's most definately not.

    I like Carl Froch's atitude and personality, i think he's a bad ass.

    And he is quite funny at times.

    I always remember, when he slated Joe Calzaghe on Steve Bunces's boxing hour.....

    I would like to find that interview...
