This isn't about what country it was in - you get robberies everywhere so nobody from any country in the world can point fingers at any other country - this is about yet another boxing match where the decision has been criminal. For any American to start saying this is typical of the UK, or vice versa, is ridiculous and indicates a lack of intelligence. This kind of thing has happened and will continue to happen all over the world and all it does is hurt the sport every single time.
Bradley didn't win more than 3 rounds. Americans cant score for ****, as proven - by the guy who gave it burns - ******ed americans
He did, actually. Three clear but there were a couple of additional close ones. Pacquiao should have won, but close. That "smoking gun" round of Lampley's? Yeah, Bradley won that. It was close, but actually watch it without the commentary.
Bradley kept hitting Pacquiao's gloves, bull**** he won 5 rounds, he won 2 clear ones and 2 that were close could have gone to him, I didnt watch it in HBO commentary - No way in hell was that a close fight, Pac had the better defence, offence, better boxing, more accurate and he even won the accidental head clash. Close my arse, that was definition of robbery
exactly his jabs DIDN'T land though Pac's guard, except that ONE round (ten or eleven?) when he finally snapped Manny's head back with punches and Pac did not connect. I was just snickering the whole fight about how easy it was for Pac to completely shut down an undefeated fighter ... compare that to the tense nervousness I had in Pac JMM 3 and that tells you all you need to know.... Pac won the Bradley fight by a landslide, easy. I think the Abril-Rios slide for rios is due to Abril's spoiler tactics - the guy coming forward gets a little credit for wanting to fight.
i dont have a link but i remember that going into the 12th round live betting had paq a 99/1 favorite against bradley.
Burns didn't look awful, he had some moments but he got knocked down in round 8 and even if you give him the benefit of the doubt in the close rounds, there's no way he won more than 5 rounds. 115-112 Beltran or 116-111 would have been fine.
Beltran delivered a possibly career ending beating on Burns and still only got a draw. Think about that one.
