    Ishida vs. Radeff

    1. 10-9; Ishida flickered the jab missing most but found some success with it and I liked his short right hands

    2. 9-10; Radeff's opening flurry carried the round as all else was about even, Radeff's horizontal head movement is robotic but when he bobs up and down it is effective

    3. 10-9; Ishida lands a few real good digs to the body in this round, Ishida physically bosses Radeff around the ring a couple times and fills all the scoring criteria in this round

    4. 10-9; Ishida's body blows in this fight are consistent, Radeff is very crude in this round and goes crazy/sloppy in the opening minute with limited success, I'm not sure if the ref deducted a point or not from Radeff for excessive "ramming" of his shoulder as he turned him to face one of the judges and motioned the shoulder infraction but didn't quite specify a deduction (to me it looked like he wanted to, but then decided not to)

    5. 10-9; more of the same in this round with Ishida throwing more, landing more, and defending better than Radeff

    6. 9-10; in my view the closest round of the fight with Ishida's inactivity and last minute of success preventing Radeff from undoubtedly taking the round based on oddly enough his own jab for the first minute of the round, Radeff's high guard is largely effective against Ishida who struggled to land for the first minute of the round

    7. 9-10; Radeff's second wind is visible from the start and controls this round start to finish, he actually snaps Ishida's head back on multiple occasions with jabs and hooks

    8. 10-9; a very close round and one that I think is arguable for Radeff similar to how round 6 is easily arguable for Ishida with both being true "swing rounds," Radeff starts the round off nice but Ishida slowly chips away landing slightly more down the stretch and having two flurries of soft but landing punches which very well are the likely difference between 10-10 and 10-9 for me

    Total: 77-75 ISHIDA

Several close rounds in there. I could see a wide range of scores as being acceptable with anything from Ishida winning 7 rounds to a legit draw. I'd like the camera to have been more elevated, but just happy to see the fight... Entertaining bout, too.

    Gooooooo Ishida!!!
