He was apparently sick and injured coming into Mir fight.. so who knows how it would have been if he was healthy. Love to see a rematch but I prefer Nog to get the champ next.
Its been a few fights since we saw Nog show up in this shape and looking as hungry and as focused as he did just before the fight. When Nog entered the cage he just had that look about him like he knew he was going to win. He looked better in this fight than in any of his other UFC fight's.
yea he showed he has some power too by knocking down couture twice. I would like to see him get another shot at mir.
Nog beat his ass, :yep. Happy happy days. I would rather see a Mir rematch rather than go straight in with Lesnar.
I dislike Mir alot but what exactly would be different in a rematch? Nog still doesn't move his head or keep his hands up, the only reason he outstruck Couture is because Randy is as slow or even slower than him. The exchanges in this fight looked like they were in slowmo.
Nogueira was alot lighter and quicker in this fight and his strikes where more fluid this time around. I like Mir but lets be fair its hard to stand up to any clean punches when you have a staph infection that left you in the hospital for 5 days 2 weeks before a fight.
