    with modern day times for weigh-ins i think todays lot capitalise on this....look at canelo...i think his brother once weighed in at 135 and fought at something like 156...but maybe i am looking at the question the wrong way

    Cesar Bazan. How that mother****er packed himself into 135 is absolutely beyond me. He even looked thick. He must have been hollow, or had no organs. Maybe his legs were made of lego.

    Mentioned already but definitely hearns. It enabled him to move up and win the titles at different weights. He was more effective at lght heavy than leonard was. Even travelling to the cruser s. If he'd have been built a little bigger he would probably have gone for the heavy s lol.
