Nonito Donaire has looked lacklustre in recent fights, why do you think this is?

When Ortiz was training with Robert Garcia he was more of a boxer than now where he's more aggressive and come forward.

plus Garcia's trained quiet a few none aggressive fighters too such as guzman and viloria.

 

also its annoying that Donaire gets these padmans to work the pads to make him look flashy, first he had jonothan penalosa now he has morris east, neither gave any technical advice (penalosa actually wasn't too bad) but they were brought in to do the flashy padwork.

I was just kind of speculating about the possible mentallity or culture of the gym the last 6 months especially with Rios and Margarito being big names in that gym at the moment both having major fights coinciding with training periods that Nonito would have been building up for his last two.
