Nonito Donaire is FAN-F***ING-TASTIC!!!!

After the KO of Montiel (which was Sensational) I didn't wanna just "Jump on the Bandwagon". I wanted to watch more of Nonito. I had only watched the Vic Darchinyan fight and I thought he was terrific. So I ordered a Pizza got comfortable and watched 6 Nonito fights (Showtime replayed the Marquez fight, I downloaded the Martinez and Concepcion fights and Y-tubed the rest). I wanted to see if there was Variety in his style and his level of skill, if he was just as fast in round 1 and the later rounds, does he have the ability to adjust, change style/tempo/pace and does he have DEFENSE. And WOW....EYE-OPENING, JAW-DROPPINGLY IMPRESSED!!!

The last fight I watched (Marquez)...Made me a believer and TRUE FAN!!! In the fight versus Hernan Marquez (a southpaw)..Nonito fought the first 4 rounds as a Southpaw and Boxed BEAUTIFULLY!!! And when he went back to an Orthodaox stance...finished Marquez EASY!!!. So I just spent the day watching a fighter who is a Tremendous Skilled Boxer, with the ability to Box as an Orthodox and as a Lefty, Great Jab from both sides, excellent counter-puncher, lighting-fast, excellent defensive movement and ring generalship and RAW ****ING KO POWER!!!

I kind of disagree about that. No Fighter steps into the ring and totally dominates every single round on their way to an easy victory (although some posters think that "ceratin fighters" have to do this every single time, because if not...THEN THEY'RE OVERRATED/BUMS/HPYEJOBS. But that's another thread for another day.)

Anyway...This is why I specifically wanted to watch more of Nonito. Everyone came in here and talked about the Sensational KO over Montiel. But I specifically wanted to see how he fights for "12 ROUNDS", How he handles pressure, adversity, fouls, low-blows, cuts...etc. Remember when Ortiz was Knocking everybody out. The first time he got in the ring with someone who has the ability with Give an ASS-WHOOPING as well as Take-it (Maidana)...HE QUIT!!!

That's the reason I kept going on & on about seeing David Lemiuex fight someone that will make him GO ROUNDS. Lemieux's whole resume is 1st and 2nd round KO's. I wanna see him handle adversity, adjust and GO ROUNDS". Now, back to Nonito, in the fight versus Concepcion, Nonito did all of those things. When Nonito saw that KOing Concepcion was not going to happen...I thought he BOXED BEAUTIFULLY and cruised in the later rounds. Concepcion had moments...but this was the fight that showed me Nonito's Heart...While other fights...SHOWED ME HIS SKILL!!!
