    No.

First let's see him with Montiel let's find out how he behaves under fire.A real pnd for pnd never backs down from a slug that's why guys like Morales and Marquez are right up there of all time.

An Arce fight is a very grabbable fight imo, and best bang for your buck. I GUARANTEE Arce wouldnt dodge Donaire if given half the chance, and feel that would boost him higher into legitimacy than Montiel. Arce ALWAYS brings it, and he's a hella tough and strong competitor at all times. And he's got a BIG following for what he's worth. This could be a great fight for Arce to retire off of....

Nonito is only a good fighter away from being KTFO

Donaire has the skills to be top 10 P4P but he has a shitty resume, so no he isn't a P4P fighter right now. Vic Darchinyan, although he was KTFO by Donaire deserves P4P consideration before him...weird crab style and all.

skills alone dont make you a p4p top ten. better fight montiel or hasegawa or he'll be dropped off from my p4p list.

He seems to have P4P level talent but I just can't put him in the top 10 because his level of competition, post-Darchinyan, has been deplorable.

There is so much talent in his weight-class that not fighting several of them over the next year or two would be inexcusable.

Is that why a Montiel-Donaire fight is in talks? :patsch

and to answer the question, No he isnt a p4p top 10..Yes, he has the skills but his resume is nothing special, and only has one good win which happened 3 years ago. If he beats Montiel (and thats a big IF unlike most would like to believe) than he is in the top 10 for sure.

Montiel and Donaire are both top p4p fighters. I got Donaire up at 6 or 7 and Montiel maybe 12 or 13. Honestly I think Donaire beats Montiel but you know what its a great fight.

Donaire is probably the best counterpuncher in the sport today but he has weakness like loading up too much on his punches and also having trouble to get off first.

I can see why some people choose Doniare to beat Montiel, but i think many people are underrating Montiel as well...Care to explain why you have Donaire over Montilel? Montiel is a 3 dviision champ and has a far superior resume...plus id say the Hasegawa victory is just as good as the Vic win for Donaire....And yes you are right, it should be an excellent fight. No doubt this is gonna be the toughest test for both men.

 Yeah, Montiel, the ducker who fought Hasegawa in his third weight class. He wouldn't risk a fight with Nonito the DESTROYER.

Well TBH I thought Montiel did well to get the KO against Hasegawa but he was not dominating Hasegawa like I had Donaire dominating Darchinyan (4-0 on my card). In fact Hsegawa was kind of outboxing Montiel (which is his style so kind of normal) and I also thought the stoppage was premature if I remember correctly. Also, Darchinyan was really a better fighter than Hasegawa IMO. Apart from that Nonito had faced some quality unheralded opposition like Mthalane who is a solid fighter and the undefeated Marquez (name could be wrong?) that he completely dominated. You could make a case for Montiel being better than Donaire if you think he has really improved but I think that although he is on a good streak he is still the same fighter who lost to Jhonny Gonzales.
