Also a lose in Rigo's career is a huge set back and the guy is already in his 30's. He needs as much money as he can make because if Donaire happened to Montiel him then Rigo's career would be pretty much over.

another example of why fights should be made asap and not wait for "build up"
build has turned into rigon not very interested anymore because of how shitty he looked in his last fight and how it looks like when he takes a solid punch.....

Same reason Donaire won't fight him. His high risk, low reward ratio makes him an unappealing opponent. He has called out everyone at 122.

    It's business.

These guys think Donaire is a money fight and are asking for a handsome payday. The fact of the matter is, Nonito fails to sell out fights and is isn't generating the same amount they are expecting. His stock has also dropped because of his god awful boring back to back performances.

We don't know but for sure Donaire ain't scared of no Rigo. Donaire will be the one fighting Nishioka who is #1 in his division.

Rigo makes Peanuts compared to Donaire, Rigo is already 33 Years Old Next year with Only 11 Pro fights, he is not getting any younger.

Yeah I have no idea why anyone would believe a word Donaire says about Rigondeaux. He's contradicted himself too many times on the matter and resembles his promoter on the subject.

Rigondeaux just needs to be patient, the fight will eventually happen probably by fall next year.

I believe him I think fighters expect to get big money when fighting him because they think he makes pacquiao type money. Moreno and arce both priced themselves out aswell.

    **** the $. I'll take Nonito-Nish over Nonito-Rigo, for whatever reason.

There's not many fighters at all that have the right to dictate whether anyone is pricing themself out. Let the promoters do their job and fight. I'd say right now at this time, the only ones that should have a right to talk money are Mayweather, Pacquaio, Cotto, and Bernard Hopkins (due to his time in the game), and maybe Andre Ward.

Not for a second do I believe Rigondeaux has the power to decide how much money he's gonna make. His promoter does it. Putito Donaire is talking ****.

250k would be a career high payday for Rigo...He'd jump at that...and with a very good chance to beat a star? No way he priced himself out.
