Nonito Donaire Running out of Quality Opponents

Donaire is probably perceived as a bigger threat than Darchinyan is by most people.

or at least was for a certain period. Thats the period where Donaire left Shaw.

At this point he just needs to be patient and stay focused

 

Economic wise, Shaw and Vic had already beaten Donaire. The only logical fight for Vic is ND and the only lucrative fight for ND is Vic.

 

Donaire just needs to concentrate on winning. I think he is still young and not worry too much on bigger purses. It will come once he established himself as the most feared man in his division, ala. Margarito and JMM.

Curiously, I think Nonito has Vic's number, just as Vic has Cristian's, and Cristian and Fernando would both beat Nonito.

 

with the difference being that Nonito already beat Vic, and Vic already beat Mijares, but neither Mijares nor Montiel have actually beaten Donaire.

Z Gorres fought Montiel and Z gave him some trouble there. Z's got nice boxing skills but he barely got punching power.

Arum didnt **** it up, Donaire just recently signed with TR. Gary Shaw is the one who ****ed it up.

Donaire is fighting a quality opponent in his next bout in Raul Martinez, hes no Montiel but a win over him would make it Donaire's 2nd best win on his resume.

Because Shaw f*cked up his career for not giving him a match for about a year because his pet got demolished badly by Donaire.

 

True.. and when Shaw finally did, he gave Donaire only a month to prepare (Maldonado fight). It's pretty obvious that Shaw had something against Donaire - probably 'cause he KOed his main man Vic.
