Donaire would be a legit BW, no doubt, but would lose his bigtime physical advantage he had at Flyweight. He treated his opponents with BW size and power, that's why he was so explosive. He seemingly lost that edge in his recent fight at Super Flyweight, and even if people say Concepcion was too big (didn't make weight), well, Hasegawa is clearly a lot stronger than Concepcion. Donaire wouldn't "abuse" the BW division like he did down there, he'd fight guys his size. If it's a boxing match, Donaire is still very good, highly skilled. But so is Hasegawa, who showed very quick handspeed and explosive power lately. He improved his balance and accuracy vastly and the result is phenomenal. I'm going with Hasegawa, no KO or PTS prediction, I could see both happening.
