As I'm new to this forum I was wondering what people's thoughts where of this fight on Saturday? I'm presuming many people like me feel like Arce's style will play right into Donaire's and probably get him knocked out or stopped by a cut inside 6-8 rounds (possibly less). I must admit, as a big fan of Arce, I am getting more excited by the prospect of him winning this Saturday. I'm in love with his career collection, and he has given us so many exciting fights over the years. That that image of him with his gloves crossed, bloody and his hat on after he beats Hussein is timeless to me. I'm hoping he can give Donaire a run for his money, and hopefully Donaire can give us more exciting fights than his last few. I would hate to see Arce get blown out of there, which I fear may happen.

Arce is securing his last payday, i know he's tough as nails but everybody who knows a lit about boxing knows this is not remotely the same case as JMM-Pac.
Arce is tailor made for that monster left hook that Nonito delivers,no Nacho,no PEDs ,no Hernandez and no miracle can keep him away from it. Arce wont change his style, he's gonna come forward and he'll meet that hook. Unfortunately the true.

Man, I'm rooting for Arce, but it would take a miracle.

The other problem is, what fight to watch?

Showtime has Khan vs. Molina, Angulo vs. Silva, and Deontay Wilder vs. Kelvin Price.

Plus, CBS has Leo Santa Cruz vs. Alberto Guevara.

One of those fights will surely conflict with Donaire-Arce. (not to mention Rigondeaux vs. Poonsawat & Kahn vs Molina.)

    Good Lord .......

Exactly what I was thinking as well :good. As someone in the UK I'll be getting up at 4am so I best choose wisely. Also Jean Pascal, Lemeuix, Arthur Abraham and Danny Mcintosh (rooting for my fellow Brit) are also in action. Nice to see Cruz keeping so active after his breakout win on the Tarver undercard.
