OK Donaire's last fight REALLY sold me on him... The vic hype is validated in my eyes this boy's GOT THE GOODS Nonito's left is SO FAST. Its very reminiscent of Mayweather's right, in what he does with it. He can lead with it, counter with it... and its pretty powerful. I understand why he wants to go into a natural southpaw stance instead of staying as a converted southpaw. He's working on more power in his game....
I don't get why he does not stick to what works, if it ain't broke don't fix it. His opponents still don't know how to deal with that left.
working on versatility.... the ability to change a stance to switch up punching angles while the opponent is weakened is a new thang.... ala Andre Ward. Watch him - he switches to southpaw when he feels his opponent is weakened...
But can you imagine the P4P list if Donaire beats Montiel? 1. Pacquiao 2. Donaire 3. Floyd  :rofl NOTE: The above list will be possible "IF" Donaire beats Montiel and Pacquiao beats Floyd.
If they can put this on the undercard of Pac-PBF that would be great, and very possible too! Will give Donaire a chance for some massive exposure so even though Arum can probably put Montiel-Donaire as PPV on its own, putting it on undercard of Pac-PBF would be a much bigger investment. Also got Juanma-Marquez to look forward to!
Would Floyd even drop a spot if beaten by Pac? I mean both Floyd & Pac are so far away from the rest, beating each other wont really drop either guy below #2. JMM is #3 and even if Pac beats Floyd, I cant see how Floyd drops below JMM. There is no justification for ranking Donaire above Floyd/Pac either regardless of the results of their upcoming fights.
Even if it's not PAC vs Floyd, it's still a huge card. PAC vs Cotto or Margarito main event Donaire vs Montiel undercard Gonna be insane card.
Yea, but if Arum wants to make his top 5 p4p fighter in Donaire a star, what better way than to be watched by more than 2mil people!
I'm only presenting one possibility but maybe it will be like this after November 13 (I think). 1. Pacquiao 2. Floyd 3. Donaire
