I've always said that Nonito's weakness is creating openings himself. He's a great counterpuncher but he lacks versatility in that aspect. He can take advantage of openings that his opponent gives him as good as anyone tho

I don't like the insinuation that a person doesn't get whats going on if they don't have the same score. I saw Narvaez's defense, I saw his jab but thats all he did.
That fight wasn't competitive at all.

Not saying you did that IB, just saying.

You gotta love Papas saying he did nothing to excite you.

basically saying we HBO set this up to hopefully be a brutal KO by giving Donaire all the advantages but it still didnt work.

What I like About this fight.Nonito tried to bring the pressure. He is a counter puncher by nature. But he tried to pin the ear back and go for it. But he is not a mongrel like Pacquiao.

Especially when he realized that there was no ****ing way Navarez could hurt him.

He just kept doing the same ****ing thing for 12 rounds.

It got him a shutout victory, but it was unimpressive.

I think if Juan Ma ever understand the concept of defense, he would serously hurt Donaire. He is just a straight line fighter who can not adapt.

Nonito won by a shutout. Why does he need to change his plan? His opponent basically just covered himself up.

damn you IB. Let me be the clever reference guy at least once. Anyway, I thought the size difference seemed to be at least one weight class if not two.
