Did you see the punch? One of the sweetest counter hooks I've seen in all my years watching boxing. Did you watch the fight? Be didn't just beat the guy, he made the guy look like he didn't belong in the same ring. Donaire put on a RJJesque boxing clinic.

You quoted me . . . so you're asking me.

I brought that up just to point out that Donaire can also have problems figuring out opponents. That's all there is to it. The over weight problem is not a factor why he didn't get kayoed. He was not kayoed because Donaire failed to connect with his solid punches.

Scores were 117-111/115-113 /116-112 . . . which shows Concepcion was competitive through out. Now I can assure you that Rafa can do better than Concepcion.

Izzy gave Rafa fits with the left hook and Donaire's is a lot better than Izzy's.

Only Rosendo Sanchez has a chance at 118. Historical fact!

Are you saying that the fight is gonna be fought using pure left hooks?

Izzy tagged Rafa with the left hook because Izzy stays in the pocket and exchange punches. Donaire doesn't fight like Izzy.

Rafa is probably one of the best if not the best 118 pounder. His power was deadly at that weight not to mention anytime he was down he was always getting up to continue. Vasquez who is a very hard hitting super bantam could not put him out so i dont think Donaire would either.

But i guess Donaire is better than PBF so he beats him.

It would be a great fight, but Marquez was a beast in his prime
Prime Marquez, Rafa by late Tko or Ud
Marquez as if right now it would still be a good fight, but I'm going with Donaire by Mid Tko

Eder Jofre, Ruben Olivares, Manuel Ortiz and Carlos Zarate all have something to say about this comment.
