WHen DOnaire moves up to 118 in the near future, this fight would be perfect..

Can Flash beat Mabuza who was recently upset by Perez?

Nonito would beat him down much quicker than rafa did. He's faster, hits harder, and there's a possibility that donaire might be even better than marquez(I'm almost scared to say it because marquez is one of my all time favs). If nonito develops better defense while maintaining his aggression, no one can mess with him. He needs to tuck the ego in a bit and get a big time trainer like nacho in his corner.

The idea that Donaire, a natural flyweight, hits harder than Rafael Marquez, one of the biggest hitters in the history of the bantamweight division, is absolutely preposterous.

I agree that Nonito would beat Mabuza but quicker than Rafael?? And what are you smoking bruh, Nonito does NOT hit as nearly as hard as Marquez.. And this is coming from a hardcore Donaire fan.

The Flash sure does have an ego though and he needs an imposing figure who can keep him in check.. Hey professor Ignacio Beristain would be great!!! Imagine Donaire developing into a JUAN Manual Marquez type of fighter.. I mean they alrready do have some things in common, the way they mix up their punches from all angles.. They both got that short left uppercut and it's very effective.

Quicker definitely and I do think the added weight would put even more umph behind him. He's a long and strong developing kid and he's knocked out his last 5, coincidentally during the same timeframe as his rise to prominence. From here on out, he'll be called a puncher/ko artist. He throws all of his weight into his shots, so much that it surprises me that he can keep his balance. When he gets up to 118, I would be surprised if anyone there gives him problems, even montiel. And also yes, I realize rafas a bad mutha, he's a fav of mine, but this kid seems to be a cut above. And silence wouldn't last 4.

Nonitos not a natural fly, he moved down to fly to challenge vic and now he's outgrowing the division. He's also the same dimensions as rafa, minus a little bit of weight and a half inch in reach. Also, rafa is an extremely hard, accurate puncher, but his form is more conventional in an almost arm punching, morales type. Donaire puts everything into his shots.

With all respect I think Donaire is one of the most overrated fighters whos only claim to fame is fight with Darchinyan. Mabuza would murder donaire imo at this moment. I gotta see donaire with some competition. He is too big for the weight class he is in and once he moves up he will get koed. He dominates everyone in his current division however. I will give him his props if he proves me wrong. I like the kid and I hope he does.

Donaire is big for his current weight class, so moving up in weight shouldnt be a problem.
Mabuza looked good for a few rounds against Marquez, but once Rafa got dialed in Mabuza wasnt hard to find. Mabuza is that much older than he was then, and I think he is on the backside of his career. Might be a decent fight to introduce Donaire to a new division, but it wouldn't prove a great deal.

NOnito hasn't proven much. he has nice wins at 112 ( 1 contoversial) let's be honest. It don't mean much. Move up we will see if he is for real.He can get a belt @ 115 like Darchi. But at 118 hmm, geez I dunno.
