Donaire used to be a great fighter to watch. He just fell off mentally. His head wasn't in the game anymore.
Ultimately I would have to put my money on Nonito knocking him out cold. He was so sharp in his prime years. Chocalito is like a bully who may have trouble at higher weights. I have to admit he did not look very good tonight. They said he weighed 126 in the ring tonight.
Hell no I have no idea who that channel is don't believe a guy with 25 posts cap. I don't have a boxing channel and never will. Sent from my SM-G925T using Tapatalk
Idk, at those very light weight donaire was n I thing short of an Animal with crazy skills and power. Be a pickem fight for me, IF roman could handle that power consistently
He fell in love with his power and started loading up too much instead of boxing it happens to a lot of guys who have that gift. Sent from my SM-G925T using Tapatalk
yea i think your right, gonzalez is overall better but nonito at 112,115 and even 118 was just a freak. A dude that was waaay bigger than the average fighters in his weight class but was much more quicker, more athletic, faster and had dynamite in his hands.
Don't even think about matching Gonzales with Rigo, I think it's safe to declare Gonzales is the most undeserving P4P #1 in 20 years
When you're throwing upwards of 100 punches a round, you might get hit every now and then. But he implements blocking, parrying, slipping, and rolling well for a pressure fighter. Hes a great fighter, but so was Donaire at his peak.
I'd give Vic Darchinyan a good shot against Chocalatito. Vic can hit at 112. Gonzales is just above average but nothing special. I don't know if Gonzales has ever tasted big power shots.
Has gonzalez ever been hurt btw? I started watching him around the yaegashi fight, and he has looked pretty unstoppable.
