Donaire's overrated and him and his wife deserve each other. Yeah, real bright breaching a contract on a guy with over 45 years experience in Boxing and a law degree from Harvard. Some people just have no common sense.

 

Nonito is a Roy Jones Jr type fighter. He is one of the best ever at that weightclass. In terms of whether or not he can move up, thats a matter of genetics and not many people can move up and keep power like Pacquiao did.

If Nonito can keep his power as he moves up, and if he has a good chin (apparently he does), then he could be the next DLH or Pacquiao.

Its my favourite move in sparring, nowhere with the same power but the mechanics is there to pull it off. As you pivot away from their right hand it gives you an automatic momentum to throw the left hook. You can see Roach teaching this move on his advance technique on the title videos series except hes showing to throw the hook to the body as oppose to the head.
