First, he was beaten by Rigondeaux..

Then he got knocked out by Walters..

Now, correct me if I'm wrong..

    He's drained at 122 and he's small at 126..

    When will this lead him?

    Can he still bounce back?

I think Donaire's been badly handled to be honest.

Why would they put him in with Walters in his last fight? He's a huge Featherweight, and dangerous- and if Donaire had beaten him would anybody have cared. Donaire, still hadn't got his swagger back from the loss to Rigondeaux.

They should've fed him some shopworn former champions like Agbeko or Hasegawa, and maybe then targetted a big fight with someone like Mares.

Regarding the question, I think he can still be a player in the division, but his days of being on pound for pound lists are over.

Can't go down on weight because of Rigondeaux and can't go higher because of Walters,,... That's one tough test,,...
