I'm so excited about this fight. Also, the other fight that I am most excited about is the following weekend (Canelo-Trout). We also have Martinez-Murray on the 27th. Not to mention, I am going to see the Mike Tyson show during the month of April. I am ecstatic about the month of April!!!

  5. I am not excited for the fight itself, I'm just excited for the ugly one sided beatdown Nonito will lay upon Ribumwho lol. I can't wait till after the fight when all the Ribumwho fans dissapear from the huge embarrasment.

Im not yet excited about this fight cause i will only believe this is going to happen when i see them in the ring going at it, till then i'm still skeptic about it, cant shake this feeling that something gonna happen that will prevent this from happening.

Great fight really looking forward to it.

We really should appreciate when high anticipated matches acually happen. There are alot of times they don't. So enjoy the show and please to both sides be humble in both victory and defeat.

Why should Rigondeaux fans be embarrassed Donaire is top fighter and do you spell Rigondeauxs name like that because you cant spell it without copying and pasting it? :patsch

Conte is a ****ing idiot. All he has to do is read the scientific literature to realise that he's doing more harm than good by having Nonito train at altitude.

So Nonito submits himself to random blood testing year round but is juicing, but Rigondeaux hires convicted dealer/PED chemist Heredia and isn't?

Why is this the case? Training at higher altitude is tougher and when you get back to normal altitude your in much better shape because your body isn't fighting the elements any longer.

When you train at altitude you can't train at the same intensity, you dehydrate quickly and there is less oxygen. When you get back to ground level you've missed out on quality training and detrained if you were up there long enough, and any changes to red blood cell count disappear quickly. Intensity is the most important thing for fitness and altitude interferes with that.
You don't get in shape by struggling the most, you get into shape on the quality of your training. Your body adapts to how you train, no more no less.
