    How can he be the top when fought only 11 tomato cans? He should prove himself first. Btw, Nonito won't earn much fighting Rigo. He's better off fighting Arce who has Mexican fan base. Rigo has none. Sorry, but that's the reality of boxing. It's business. Meanwhile, my advice to Rigo is to ask Arum to let him fight the top fighters in 122. Then if he wins, he can fight Donaire.
