Nonito kind of reminds me of a little ODLH, xcept Oscar was converted.

Im not so sure about that at all...Donaire got tagged plenty against Concepion and a couple of times big.
I thought Mthlane and Darchinyan found him a few times...its just Vic missed so big more often than not people tend to forget he did catch out Nonito with a handful of clean shots when he wasnt telegraphing to the shithouse.
I might sound like I'm nitpicking and dwelling on fleeting moments but my point is only really that I dont think he is hectically slick.

I think he might have better defensive reflexes than Oscar but I dont he is as well schooled overall in this regard.

This might be an issue later on if he hits a weight where his speed is affected.

:goodAgreed and good points made.. Nonito looks like the goods and is a future atg,but before ranking him as better than ODLH let him fight half the competition that Delahoya faced before making such claims.

On the thread title i said he reminds me of him as far as similiarities,Stance, patience, explosiveness, big left hands but i never insinutated that hes better.. Hold that thought, for at least a few more big fights.

And they both look enormous for the weight class theiy're fighting at/fought at.

Donaire at 112-118, Oscar at 130-135

Agreed on the cutting, his ring weight was 126lbs against Montiel. And people are saying Juanma and Gamboa would stuff him...
