Dempsey would outbox Walcott, but Walcott might land something big. Still Dempsey was tough and game as they come. I think I'd pick Dempsey overall.
I'll vote for Walcott. I think its interesting that Walcott's legacy has aged wonderfully, while Nonpariel Jack Dempsey doesn't seem very highly regarded on this board, although he was brilliant at his peak. Sadly, tuberculosis and mental illness undid him prematurely.
