Matías' hand speed while throwing brutally powerful combinations is RIDONKULOUS.

Emphatic 10-8 round for Browny, and yet the Jukebox has plenty of quarters of play left in him. :ggg Never seemed on the verge of being stopped even when Matías was unloading on him.

    Round 1 Jukembayev 10-9
    Round 2 Jukembayev 10-9, close
    Round 3 Matias 10-9
    Round 4 Matias 10-8
    Round 5 Matias 10-9

BJ comes out aggressive, but Matias came roaring back in the last two minutes, to pulverize his head and body.

...best Kazakh vs. boricua fight since GGG vs. Rosado?

Except in this one Jukembayev is the good boy.

Somebody explain to me how Matías - long on my shortlist of top prospects in the sport, and looking every bit the part now - lost his zero to some random jabronie on the Wilder vs. Fury II undercard last year? I didn't see that one, but have literally never even heard of a "Petros Ananyan". 15-2-2? Hasn't fought since? Lost to Steve freaking Claggett? Wtf??!

Jesus ****ing Christ, Matias is starting to t a horrific beating on him, BJ's corner should be thinking about stopping this. Matias retains his power late.

4-2 with a KD for Matias. Has he ever turned this around!

    Great fight.

Damn looks like Jukem had no plan B beyond leaning in, he's just target practice at this point. Corner should stop this now.

Ananyan was a terrible matchup for Matias. A guy who is very comfortable in the pocket slugging with him and landing. Additionally i heard Matias didn't really train for that fight. His manager complained about it afterwards and said he will never trust Matias again or something. Matias was slowing down after 6 rounds in that fight too so he might be right on that.

Matias is a crazy fighter. Puts tremendous pressure on you, non stop punches, mixes arm punches and sneaky power. Jukem getting tenderized all over the body and face. Needs to keep distance and set up counters for Matia who doesn't really move his head much.

Farhood has it 58-55 Matías, giving Jukembayev the 1st and 2nd and the Puerto Rican everything since.

All Matias for the first two minutes, then BJ rocks him, so he rocks him back, they trade like maniacs to the bell.
