Theres several versions of north american titles but theres no single belt like the other continents have.

It would be a good idea if they started one and a channel like ESPN got behind it. These fight would also be good on ShoBox, Fox Sports or on the undercards of HBO PPV. Obviously because of there budget they could not afford the mega stars or anyone going for a world title, but how about these match ups for the vacant belt.

HW - Eddie Chambers vs Chris Arreola
CW - Troy Ross vs Matt Godfrey
LHW - Adrian Diaconu vs Chris Henry
SMW - Librado Andrade vs Marcus Johnson
MW - Giovanni Lorenzo vs Danny Jacobs
LMW - Deandre Latimore vs Luis Collazo
WW - Mike Alvarado vs Randall Bailey
LWW - Lamont Peterson vs Julio Diaz
LW - Anthony Peterson vs Brandon Rios
SFW - Rene Gonzalez vs Elroy Perez
FW - Jhonny Gonzalez vs Antonio Escalente
SBW - Jorge Arce vs Rico Ramos
BW - Eric Morel vs Alexander Munoz
SFlW - Rodrigo Guererro vs Raul Martinez
FlW - Cesar Ceda vs Rocky Fluentes
LFlW - Rodel Mayol vs Juan Carlos Reveco
SW - Florante Condes vs Juan Hernadez

All the fights above are between guys in the top 10-20 in the world at there weights. None are going for world honours this year. Like the European title, the NA belt would be used as a stepping stone to a world title for prospects, and a route to a payday for veterans. Winning the belt would secure credibility with the fans along with high world rankings. All the fights I have mentioned are between guys
