    Your right he was down to fight Dominic Vea and he refused it IIRC.

    I still think he should have been stripped and the next fight he arranges that passes muster could have been for the vacant belt. Better to have the title vacant and perhaps tempt others in the division to go for it than have somone walking around able to call themselves champion while not actually fighting. I just don't believe that they could not arrange anything in all that time.

    Yes, surely Norton will have lost half a step, which is dangerous against someone who can punch. Haven't seen Norton fight in so long I don't feel able to call this one!

    I'd have thought there are boxers who would fight for the British title for nothing. I agree he should have been stripped and this one should be for the vacant title.

    What a **** fight! Williams failed to engage for 6 rounds just stood off, rolling his head. Norton hardly worked at all but when Williams finally did put him under some sort of pressure he looked **** too. Definitely one to forget. Williams was astounded he had won. Like Eames said it now opens up the division again - I would imagine most of the lads in the top 15 in the UK at CW would fancy beating Leon.
