nose surgery

I'm going to ignore that fact that this question is completely absurd. Anyone who wants to get hit in the nose while recovering from nose surgery is clearly an imbecile, but... but...

Some people like to get back to working out right after a surgery, and what that does is take away energy that your body should be using for healing. There's a reason that doctors advice people to rest after surgery. It's so you can heal properly. Not resting could lengthen the healing process, and if the activity id jarring enough, could even make the condition worse.
