Hey guys i think there has been some talk about this but i want to have a clear answer on this. If i don't have breakfast and only a small meal for lunch and train afterwards, will i loose more weight then if i have breakfast and a normal size lunch and then train.

You need to eat breakfast, it's what gets your metabolism going for the day. You should eat within an hour wof waking. If you're going to skip a meal or just have a snack, have it be dinner.

Do you want to lose weight or not? :nono

The longer you go without eating the slower your metabolism. If you eat right away in the morning then have light lunch and light dinner with plenty of exercise you should lose weight.
Really what it comes down to is burning more calories than you take in.

ok, so what if i have no breakdfast, light lunch and heavy dinner. wouldn't i loose more weight than if i had breakfast AND a normal lunch, because i'm taking in less calories over all. sorry i'm still a bit confused. :huh

It's just better to eat breakfast. Like I said the longer you go without food the slower your metabolism. If you eat dinner at 7pm then you don't eat again till noon the next day your body is going to go in to starve mode or whatever they call it and hang on to those calories. Does that make sense?

No. You should never skip breakfast. That should be the meal which provides you with the bulk of carbs you need for the day, cause carbohydrates are slowly digested and transformed into energy while you are doing your thing -you need that energy to perform properly so dont skip it. Lunch can be optional. If you're saving up on starvation/burnoff to the big meal at the end of the day, then have an earlier dinner, but make sure that is more protein focused since you have to replace proteins from the tissue damage you've sustained due to working your muscles during the day. YOU DONT NEED ANYMROE CARBS AT THIS POINT, as your body will simply enter storage mode and will utterly defeat the purpose of losing fat. Fact: Protein is high in polypeptide which automatically reduces your appetite, so you'll feel much fuller from consuming meat, compared to carbs which chemically dont supress your appetite.
You can slip in your vitamin/fibre (veggies) intake at any point during those meals, it wont affect you that much. I synthesized this and have talked it through with proper medical advice, so try not to let those stupid fancy diet systems mislead you.
If you want to have three meals a day, then I suggest consuming fruit solely in one meal, as mixing it in with other food types causes an enzyme release conflict and you'll end up with fermentation sitting in your stomach. Better still, midday you can blend up some fruits and drink it instead (I do it myself) so the fibre is significantly broken down and is treated as fluid in the body (quicker digestion time so you can get straight back to working out). The natural sugars in the fruitjuice provide you with an energy boost to get you through to the next proper meal.
That's how I'd break it down to fit in with a spartanistic, full time pro training schedule. Cept I'm too undisciplined and unambitious to carry it off for myself:nut

Sumo wrestlers that want to gain weight purposely don't eat breakfast and their body goes into starvation mode and then they can bulk eat. I'd recommend you ate breakfast if you were serious about losing weight.

That is the truth you must eat Breakfast if not what tends to happen is your body doesnt get the nutrition it needs and when you eat later in the day it stores most of the food as fat.
Do not eat before you go to bed make sure your last meal is about three hours before you sleep, but eat breakfast man and run if your trying to lose weight.
