I blame the judges, the corruption, the racism and hatred towards white athletes in the sport, but not ward. I didn't know he was that tough, I hate his boxing style but I gotta admit 99% of LHW's would not get off the canvas like that and keep fighting like it didn't happen at all. He has a lot of focus.
Oh I agree,how can one not be impressed how Ward turned it round when so many would of give up,I don't like how he went about it with his jab and limpet tactics but he's done it many times in big fights s and it wins him rounds. Actually I give huge props to both in how they handled it after the fight even SK managed to hold it together and never crossed the line and like you say you can't blame Ward for the judges?
I think he is implying ROC nation which is owned by Jay-Z . . like the undercard where his fighter Hooker was embarrassed yet avoided the loss through his promoters influence.. possibly the same happened in the ward fight. as Jay-Z is their promoter with the bigger purse strings.

Ward destroyed the myth that great American fighters were a thing of the past and that the European fighters were a superior breed. That belief has been perpetuated by some of the thin skinned individuals that post on this forum. America has produced and will continue to produce some of the finest fighters to ever grace that square circle. We take a back seat to no one.l
