Well, I had about 2 weeks off of training and today, I started back up and just didnt feel right, can't even explain it, I didnt really feel fatigued or anything, just..weird..When I was roping I felt fine, shadowboxing was aight as well.. than when I got on the bag I didnt feel so hot. Anyone else experience this, or something like it? (My burpees earlier in the day were more intense/longer period than usual, and I made the roping more intense, HIIT type, maybe this is why, dunno)
Yes. Your muscles have gotten used to inaction, it's always weird and they feel weird when you first get back to it. Just have to get those muscles warm and used to working again.
Thanks, can;t wait to start feeling good again in that case! Yeah its weird man, before, I didnt really touch HIIT type stuff, was kind of scared of it, or didnt have the will for it haha.. But now, all the sudden my mindstate has completely changed to that no pain no gain type ****, no matter what..For the better most likely.
