Not impressed with Ward

Please, PLEASE tell me that you are not a boxing fan, but in fact are a ballerina fan. You contradicted yourself anyway. For one, he did NOT cheat. That is just Euro denial. For two, you disagree with me saying his style is masterful and a work of art, yet turn around and say he could have won with his skills and talent. Skills and talent equal out to a masterful work of art.

 

I've never denied that Arthur does certain things well. I do not believe for a second that AA would stand back and do nothing if Ward started fouling like crazy while the ref let it slide. It's all about tempermant. Abraham, Froch, and Pavlik, are all 3 guys I think would throw the rule book out and retaliate quickly and brutally.

 

OK, lets put it this way then.

His performance was 'masterful and a work of art' that some one ruined by throwing **** all over it. **** aka cheating.

It's only cheating if the headbutts were intentional. Ward knew he didn't need to headbutt Kessler to gain an advantage, he knew he could outbox Kessler easily. So, why would he intentionally headbutt Kessler? He wouldn't, and didn't. So many people were so wrong with their predictions for this fight that the headbutts quickly became the conventional excuse for Kessler getting completely dominated, therefore proving somewhere around 85% of the geniuses on ESB about as wrong as wrong can be. These excuse makers were so quick to make excuses that they didn't take the time to realize that southpaws and righties headbutt on a regular basis. Kessler was classless after the fight with his excuses and his fans simply followed along.
